Why The Sudden Feeling Like Left Eye Was Under Water When Opened ?

I just experienced looking through my left eye like i was under water. The outer ring only. The center was clear. THere is no pain. There is color. I is over now and lasted about 10 minutes. The eye feels normal and my vision is normal now. What was that? This is the first time this has happened.

You have not given your age and vision status. Are you diabetic? In any case you need adetail eye examination. Vision, fundus, IOP and external examination can help doctor to diagnose properly. Now if requered treatment can be given.
