Why There Is A Lump Inside My Gum?

I had a implant done about two weeks ago . Was given some antibiotics to go home with . But after a week got a lump in the inside of my gums . Returned to dentist who gave me another course of antibiotics , stronger ones. I have been taking for three days now .Washing mouth with a strong mouth wash every day . But I have not noticed any improvement so far . Should I be worried . Or wait a few more days till I finish the antibiotics .
