Why There Is A Pain In My Right Testicle Even After My Testicle Torsion Surgery ?

Hi , 27th march I had to undergo Right testicle torsion surgery and the doc did not operate on the right testicle. Its been almost 3 weeks now. I had post surgery check up where the doc removed 3 out of 6 stitches. Since then my right testicle is paining when ever i walk or try to sit on sofa it pains ... what should I do any suggestion?

Hi
Try to use some testicular support like a well fitted underwear/or even a 'langot' as its known.Idea is to provide support to avoid tension on the stiches.Cold fomentation also might help reducing the swelling.
