I am so sorry to hear about this absent menses ad the blood you observed in your stool today.
It is not strange for menses not to be exactly regular soon after inserting
implanon. The most common cause here is not
pregnancy but simply due t the system trying to establish a new rhythm given the imposed
hormonal changes. It should be fine within 3 months after insertion. Should it persist, please talk to your doctor.
For the blood you observed this morning, I think the hard stool probably caused some bleeding as it forced its way out of through the anus. For this, I will suggest that you try to eat more fruits, vegetables, fibers and increase your water intake. Also, try not to postpone the urge of going to stool each time you happen to have one. This blood is not fro the implanon.
