Why There Was Blood In My Urine?

Hello i was urinating in the shower with my girlfriend and she squeezed my penis while i was urinating. It was very painful when she squeezed. Afterwards drops of blood came out of my penis. After the shower i waited to urinate but there was no blood. What does this mean?

Thanks for query.
Blood from the penis that you had was mostly due to trivial injury to urethra due to tight squeezing of penis by your girl friend.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily. for 5 days.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
