Why Unable To Pull Out Tampon Instead Pulled Skin Around It?

This is the first time I have used a tampon. Its been in for 3 hours and I bled on my underwear so I figured it was ready to comeout. I tried to pull it out but it pulled skin around it and all I can see is the tip of the tampon where the string is and skin around it. Do I just need to wait longer? Or is my hymen stuck around it. I can not go to a doctor and I dont live with my mother. Noones home. Please anwser asap I am supposed to go to a party

Hello,

It is due to formation of scab between skin and tampon. You can soak the tampon with water or sanitizer solution, then it will be easy to pull it out.
