Why Uterine TB Medicine Has To Be Taken Early In The Morning?

hello..my mother has uterine Tb abd she has been prescribed a medicine for 15 months to be taken at 4 am in the morning.i want to know that why it is specific to take these medicine at early in the morning and why it is for 15months instead of 6 to 9 months
