Why Was I Tested Positive For Marijuana Even If Not Smoked Since 4 Months ?

yes I tested positive for marijuana and haven t smoked in 4 months and I am on several different medications and was wondering if they could cause a false positive. Currently taking adipex, megastrol, Ibuprofen 800mg, been taking aleve, skelaxtin 800.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
None of the medicines that you are taking i.e "adipex, megastrol, Ibuprofen 800mg, been taking aleve, skelaxtin 800." can cross react with marijuana. Its not possible for marijuana to come positive after 4 months of stopping. Its better to get tested again.
