Why Was My Heart Beating Very Fast After Having Marijuana?
Hi I was smoking marijuana and last night my heart started beating at a very fast rate to the point of which it as if it was excerting pressure onto my chest. I felt dizzy in my body and sore in my heart and shoulder the next day. My friend felt my heart and also felt as if my heart was beating very fast.

Smoking marijuana leads to anxiety symptoms and increase acid secretion. Anxiety can lead to dizziness, increase heart beats and chest pain due to muscle spasm/by lowering pain threshold.
For treatment remain abstinent from marijuana use. In presence of anxiety treatment with anxiolytics will be helpful. Same time get evaluated to rule out any cardiac problem by investigations like ECG.
