Why Would A Stroke Victim Develop Hand Tremors ?

My husband had a stroke over 12 years ago and recently experienced tremors on his paralyzed side - his hands, arms and feet at varying times. Could this be attributed to fatigue and/or stress - or something more serious?

He should go to his doctor. She might want to refer him to a specialist like a neurologist.
