yes the numbers you have given is nothing but the titres (dilutions) to which your blood sample has shown positivity to typhoid bacilli.. usually more than 1:80 dilution we consider it as positive.. and as the titres go higher stronger is the infection in blood..
the next part where s typhi 0 and h a re positive indicates that the bacteria is salmonella typhi..
it is advisable to visit a doctor immediately and start receiving medications oral or injections depending upon the physical condition and extent of your fever and other manifestations..
