Wierd Stomach Noises.
After having food, i develop wierd noises in my stomach. i dont have these problem when i am empty stomach. its almost gurgling sound in the stomach. does it mean some cancer of the stomach ?

No. It means the food is getting passed down your intestines. are you thin? my brother is very thin and we can hear these gurgling sound in his stomak too..the doctor said it was fine for him after checkup.

bowel sounds are normal ..absence of boewl sounds is danger....this is what my uncle who is a gastroenterologist...
