Will 12mm Thickness Of Endometrium Cause Difficulty In Conceiving?

M female of 28yrs old / unmarried. I have irregular periods problem... Doctor recommended for pelvis ultrasound it shows that endometrial are central and shows 12mm thickness. What it means ? Is there any problem ? Can i get pregnant after marriage?? Plz suggest.

Hi,

Irregular periods with thick endometrium in part of uterus suggests hormonal imbalance. It can be due too vary, thyroid, pituitary hormones or PCOD. Proper physical examination followed by necessary investigations would pun point the cause to facilitate cause specific treatment. Please consult a gynecologist / endocrinologist.
