Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Wellbutrn is Bupropion and Effexor is Venlafaxine. Even with there medicines you still have symptoms and are socially withdrawn. I would advise you to try relaxation exercises and attend behaviour therapy sessions. Psychological methods will help to augment the effects of drugs.
Some time due to associated deficiency of Vitamin B12 patients don't show full improvement. Start taking supplements containing vitamin B12 for correction.
Supplements with Omega-3-Fatty Acids are also effective.
Consult your psychiatrist if problem persist.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
