Will Adderall Help To Pass A THC Drug Test?

I am prescribed adderal, and just smoked legal marijuana at 8pm will my adderal help get thc out of my system? Just got a call from work and even know I have my medical card they don t except it. I get a swab test from work at 9:30 am, that s 12 hrs away? Any help? Thanks :)

I really appreciate your concern, once the narcotic went into the body system then nothing can eliminate this and it stay there according to the dose taken, and can be detected in test, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
