Will Alarfin, Dexamethasone Prescribed For Acute Urticaria During Pregnancy Affect The Baby?

hello....i am 5 months pregnant and got acute urticeria,,the doctor decided to injected me 1 alarfin 1 dexamethasone? so this medicines not effected till they brought me in dermatologist? now,the doctor prescribed me 4 amplules of solu-medrol 1 pm and night for two days+tidilor 7 days for going bed only? my question is,,is this meds prescribed by me will not affected my baby? pls..pls..pls..need ur advice and so worried as of now? give me some advice what to do plss..i am yara
