Will Amoxicillin Dose For High Fever And Sore Throat Give False Negative Report?
My son came home from school with a high fever and sore throat. My husband was taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection so he gave my son a dose when he got home and a dose at bedtime. I have a 9:30 dr's appointment. Do we risk getting a false negative because he had 2 doses of antibiotic?
