Will Azirom Tablet And Casera Tablet Worsen The Pimple Problem?

hi...i am 24 yr old, having pimple problem since teenage. My doctor advised me to take azirom tablet and casera tablet and also faceclin gel to apply after bath and fuciden + retino cream at night....I wanted to make sure none of the above mentioned medicine makes my problem worse.
