Hello,
I can understand your concern about your baby, but combiflam usually does not have any deleterious effect on baby, if taken in small doses, but yes, if it is taken in large doses of about 1500 mg per day, then it will definitely affect the fetus.
So my advise to you is not to take more than 1 tablet of PCM per day and you can go for hot waterbottle massage around your stiff neck and do not use heavy pillow during sleeping. Movement of baby will start after 1st trimester and you have not mentioned your exact duration of pregnancy, but if you can feel the movement of your baby at least 3-5 times a day, then you should not worry about anything, otherwise you will have to consult your gynecologist to make sure that everything is perfect.
This will surely help you and feel free to ask any of your queries directly to me anytime.
