Will DVT In The Leg Be Affected By Exercising?

Hello I was diagnosed with previous DVT about 4 years ago I was 20 years old but I don't have it any more im 25 now ,I take an aspirin every now and then, my question is can i use the sauna after exercising? And can exercising to much affect my leg? Thank u

Hi;

If you are taking aspirin with prophylactic doses (75-100 mg), you can use sauna but only for short time (5 min max). Higher doses over 100 mg may cause problems during intense exercises and sauna. You must be cautious when using antiagregant medications.
