Will Dayquil And Echinacea Help To Come Down Low Grade Fever And Stomach Cramps?

My husband preceded me with some of the symptoms I now have: low grade fever (went up to almost 101 but came down a while later) aching hip area, sensitive skin and this evening I started stomach cramps & frequent toilet visits. we thought perhaps something we eat on sat evening but now it feels a little more like flu as woke warm with a headache. I cannot tale ibuprofen becausw of stomach issues but hv taken Dayquil, echinacea and acetaminophen. also now going to keep to light diet & if the frequent visits continue I will take imodium. am I on the right track?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with following medicines, Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day 2) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
