Will Diflucan Affect Early Pregnancy?

Will diflucan affect early pregnancy? My period is 4 days late I feel bloated have mild abdominal discomfort (diff than cramps). I have a white semi thick discharge no sign of my period which is why I took the diflucan. I took hpt this morning and it said negative but I don t believe it. FYI he does not cum in me he always pulls out sometimes he doesnt cum at all am I bein paranoid or can I be prego
