Will Doxt-sl Affect Pregnancy?

I am planning to become pregnant my Last Period was on 22nd Jan 2015, Expected ovulation date is 5to 10 Feb 2015. I had miscarriage on Oct 10th 2014. From last 2 months am using Folic acid vitamin E tables on doctor adivse. My question is can i use DOXT-SL (Doc gave for some urinary infection ) during ovulation period. Will it stop my pregnancy.

Doxt -sl is not safe to use in pregnancy it is reported to cause cartilage damage to fetus in animal studies.though it doesn't stop pregnancy not therefore considered safe
