Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
You have to understand that it is very common to have the minimal bleeding and spotting in first trimester.

It is usually due to the hormonal changes and the implantation of fertilized ovum.
This is nothing to worry. You just need the regular ultrasound monitoring of heart beat and movements of your baby in womb.
In some women, Progesterone may help.
As the decrease in the progesterone can cause the bleeding, your doctor may suspect and prescribed progesterone to you.

Do not unnecessarily take any drugs of your own. Because you are pregnant now and it may damage your fetus.
Just take the drugs which ever is prescribed by your gynecologist.

Drink plenty of water.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Duvadilon is use to prevent uterine contraction.
You can use it also after consulting some gynaecologist and get your ultrasonography test done to rule out the cause of bleeding.
Progesterone(Cygest) may be supportive in gestational bleeding.
I think I have answered your query If you have further question I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
