Will Femilon Tablet Help To Regulate Menstrual Periods?

Hello doctor, i am using copper-T from August 2010. I started getting my periods twice a month recently. I consulted the Doctor and she adviced me to take femilon tablet for 3 months even after informing me that my copper-T is in position. But still i am getting my periods the same way. Can you please let me know whether the femilon tablet is anything to do with regulating my periods. i also request you to suggest me a solution for my problem. Thank you.
