Hi there im a nurse just started a shot today..its my third day of mwnatruation...will it be possible for me to have spotting?hopefully not..if ever i do hace apotting will it be ok.if i take sanfobion for my vitamins?will i be able to keep safe for 3 months while having sexual intercourse?thank you.

Depending on the shot you are taking, yes you should be protected from pregnancy for these 3 months.

As for the spotting, this again depends on your individual response and the shot you are taking.

And yes, you can take your vitamins during this period.
