Will I Be Able To To Use My Leg And Hand Post Paralysis?

i was stroked last 2006 october until now there are no signs of movement on my left hand and leg paralysis.. i mean i can walk now with a cane or none but my lefthand and legs does no show signs of movement yet until now i can not move it
and i can only walk with my left lag braace attached to it.. if there is none my left feet is twisting
