Will I Get Pregnant If I Have Taken Nordette And Althea After Having Unprotected Sex?

HI, My LMP is Nov 2-5 and had unprotected sex last Nov 9 & 13. My cycle is around 26 days. I took 4 pills of Nordette Nov 12 as emergency pill and I decided to start taking Althea pills as my regular pill last Nov 13. Will I get pregnant? Or when will my bleeding start? Coz i m on my 28th day already and still no bleeding. I used pregnancy kit yesterday and the result is negative. Or is it maybe because it s too early to use pregnancy kit so it s not detected. I m confuseD. Thanks hoping that you can help me.

Hello,

Nordette can be used as emergency pill if 4 pills are taken within first 24 hrs and next 4 pills after 12 hrs. In this case, you took those pill inadequately. However, you started to take your regular pill after that. Your chance of pregnancy is quite low but need to confirm.

Here, I suggest you to repeat the home pregnancy test after 7 days to rule out pregnancy. Early test is less significant. Good luck.
