Will I Get Through The Virginity Test If Tested After Few Years Of Marriage?

hai sir, i am 21yrs old. i love xxxx for more than 2 years. But due to my family situation i can t marry him. But he did nt understand me. before 2 yr we have done the register mrg. now i am asking divorse from him. but he refused to give divorse. and also he had commited sucide attempts on behalf of this. we had sexual contact(by fingering) between us also. now i had said that i am vigin. if i had undergone virgity test whether i caught? now i appealed in court. i am very much mentally disturbed. please guide me?

The hymen is what determines whether or not a woman is a virgin. This hymen varies from one woman to another. Some have very tough and thick hymens whereas others have very thin and delicate hymens.

For example: A woman who has never had any sexual contact in her life and is a professional tennis player can still be tested with a torn hymen, which could have resulted purely from her physical activity.

Another example could be a woman who has a very thick hymen, and although no sexual penetration with the male penis, was stimulated and penetrated by her partners finger. Although this woman has been penetrated by his finger, her hymen may or may not of torn.

So it is difficult to determine the current state of your hymen. Hope this is clear.
