Hi, I have question, I would be grateful if you could help me through. As a matter of fact, i dont eat Lamb or beef meat, actually i dont like them more, I just eat them once or twice in Kebab (Food), but instead, itry to eat Fish (Tila Pia) 2 or 3 times in a week, and also chicken as well. I want to see my body wont have problem because i dont eat Lamb or Beef meat. I am worried about it. I appreciate your kidn help nd conisderation in advance
