Will I Have Pain And Discomfit Forever Due To Medial Meniscus?

Hi I have had my Medial meniscus debrided in 2008 and osteoarthritic changers found. April 2011 more surgery and 2x 1cm defects on MFC debrided to stability, dengen Mecial meniscus, and medial plica excised and loose body removed. Will I have pain and discomfit for ever now and will loose body make chrodal defects?
