Will I Need A Exam To Get On Birth Control ?

I m not sexually active, i just need the pill because of extremely bad cramp pains and i ve used all other sources of medicine but none has helped me. will i still need some sort of exam? -- my period is always normal..

I saw so many no and yes answers... State law dictates if you need the exam, but you should have one every year or so, and more often if somethings not right... Have you tried running or sports... You might be surprised how much this can help... and who knows you may be one of the next world class athletes!
