Hello,
In very early pregnancy, abortion can cause very little bleeding as the products are very small and only the size of a small clot. One may not even notice when they are passed. Self-induction of a medical abortion is always inadvisable. In the current scenario, you should see a specialist for a proper clinical appraisal and also a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude any retention of products. Please maintain a healthy diet and proper genital hygiene. Practise regular contraception if you do not wish to get pregnant in near future. Hope this helps.
