Will Medrol, Pantocid, Adesam, Elker BD Treat Bell's Palsy?

I m female, 37. 26 Feb morning I felt wrong with my face. Consulted local doctor and ame to know that I had bells palsy. I was put on following drug:
Acivir 800mg 5 tab daily for 5 days, Medrol (16mg) 3 tab daily,Pantocid, Adesam, Elker BD. CT is normal. What are the chances of getting normal under thede circumstances?
