Will Meprate Help To Regulate Menstrual Periods?

i"m 23 years old and suffering from PCOS. i have consulted a gynec and she prescribed me Meprate to get periods and asked to take some harmonal test. is this curable? can i get my periods regulated?i had meprate for 5 days(twice aday) but still dint get periods after 7 days. waht should i do?
