Will Microdox Help Cure Painless Lump?

I am having small lump which i noticed last week and went to my family physician and he told nothing to worry and gave some antibiotics ,it doesn't pain but I can feel it when i touch and it moves and yesterday if found one more lump near the same smaller than previous and now using Microdox tab from yesetrday

You have not mentioned the location of these painless lumps. Microdox is an antibiotic with anti inflammatory property. It will control infection ( boils) and acne. If it is an infected lesion or pimples it will help.
