I would not suggest self-medication to induce an abortion as it can lead to incomplete abortion with heavy bleeding and infection or can also lead to grave consequences if an ectopic pregnancy is tampered with in this process. So, please consult a specialist, get an evaluation and a sonogram, have an induced medical abortion if allowed and under medical supervision. The whole process takes 2-3 days and follow up is to be done after two weeks to confirm completion. Return of menstruation can occur in a month. Hope this helps.
