Will Mobic Discontinuation Increase Rotator Cuff Injury Pains?

I am taking Mobic for pain and inflammation of left should rotar cuff injury with 3 tendon tears. I f I stop taking the mobic will the pain increase. I have had an injection in November 2010 and Have had a further work rleated injury in March and I am on Mobic at present.
