Will Neomercazole Tablet Cause Fetal Harm?

HI, I have a overactive thyroid and i'm taking neomercazole for the last 7 months. my GP explained that my thyroid glad is going down. I just found out that i'm about five weeks pregnant. I want this pregancy so badly. Will I need to stop neomercazole asap as im worried that it will harm my unborn fectus? plz help
