Will Overdose Of Aecephetomon (Tylenol) I Cause Anal Bleeding ?

It's been going on a few weeks now... But I have really bad anal bleeding.. I can't regularly use the bathroom because if I do, any pushing causes a lot of blood and makes me dizzy, it's very dark, not like fresh bright red, and if I'm engaging in sexual activity, there are times that it just really hurts, like to the point I'm in agonizing pain.. Screaming and crying. I'm honestly really embarrassed to see a doctor.. I also may think I could have done some damage due to the fact I had a pretty major overdose on aecephetomon (Tylenol) I took about 100 pills.. I was treated and sent home about 3 weeks later but it worries me I maybe caused some serious damage?

Welcome to HCM.
Dark color blood per anus indicates upper GI bleeding.
In your case it is due to development of severe gastritis after overdose of acetaminophen.
You have to take rebeprazole or pantoprazole with domperidone for long time.
Antacid gel will be helpful.
Eat more liquid,simple diet.Avoid any spice and chilly in your diet.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
You have to consult psychiatrist to stabilize your mental condition.
