Will Panlor SS Successfully Detox From Opiate Dependence Without Withdrawal Symptoms?

I was wondering the success rate at using panlor ss to detox from opiate dependancy and not feeling the nasty withdrawal symptoms? I had two surgeries, became chemically dependant on opiates, and my doctor has prescribed me 20 of these, told me to take two a day for three days, then one a day until gone.. .will this take away the withdrawal symtoms and leave me feeling myself again when the pills are gone and no withdrawal???
