General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Paracetamol is not good for long term use in patients with liver disease. However short term use is justifiable. However, levolin syrup can be evaluated taken safely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
