Will Postinor Delay Menstrual Period?

I took postnor 1 today and its 17days from my last period,I have 28days cycle,will it alter my cycle? and when will I see next period which originally should hav been on 3rd of August and am conscious of my cycle cos of pregnancy and baby gender,I have had one baby already
