Will Primolut Regularize Irregular Menstruation?

I am a 35 year old woman who is 5 foot 9, 83 kgs in weight. I was prescribed Primolut n 5 mg for 21 days 1 tablet twice a day, because of very low progesterone levels and loss of periods. will the Primolut normalize my menstrual cycle enough to conceive? I did other tests and I have no problems other than the hormonal imbalance.
