Will Progynova 2mg Tablets Help Pregnancy?

Hi, Im Asha, 29 years, im trying to conceive from last 2 years, my periods was on 21/03/2016 and i have taken IVI treatment, and Docter suggested me to take Progynova 2mg tablets. is it good to take this tablet at present. Please advice me how can i get a baby. I tried with manydocters but no positive result..

Hi Asha... Tab Progynova specifically helps those patients whose uterine lining growth is not up to the mark or as a part of luteal phase support after some infertility treatments.
You have mentioned you had undergone IVI treatment, is it IVF? or IUI? If IVF then Progynova can be used for uterine lining preparation before a frozen embryo transfer.
