Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Can acid reflux or Barret s esophagus irritate the lungs in addition to the esophagus? I have been to two gastro doctors. One did a Bravo test with the endoscopy procedure. He didn t see that I had a major problem with reflux then. Since the test which was done about 10 months ago, I have had increasing irritation in the esophogas. Now I have a lot of irritation. I have been taking 300 mg of Seroquel a day for anxiety and think it may be causing irritation. Will Seroquel cause irritation?
