Will Siphene Regularize My Menses?

i m married since one and a half years,my menstruation cycle is always irregular i just wanna ask what is tablet siphene 50 mg, my doctor recommended to start from 2nd to 7th day of my period and folic acid supplement in addition ,n himalaya evecare tablets for 30 days i already completed the siphene tablets course and continuing with folic n evecare tablet , will i become pregnant?
