Will Sudocream Help The Redness Just Right At The Tip Of Penis ?

i have redness just right at the tip of my penis - the foreskin only, nothing around the glands (i dont think). Though i have no swelling, just redness of the foreskin at the top of my penis and slight itchiness, i think it could be balanitis as i often use deodorized shower gel to clean my penis. Any other suggestions/treatments? also, i was wondering whether a cream like sudocrem could help?

I really appreciate your concern this could be allergic condition, and may be due to formation of smegma, clean it, and apply "Beclomethasone cream" if this happens on and often then this need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
