Will Trichoton Forte Tablet Cause Weight Gain Or Increase Body Hair Growth?

Sir my Dermatologist prescribed me this trichoton forte tablet for 3 months as I have excessive hair fall thinning of hair and 60% of my hair are suffering from premature hair greying..sir plz tell me is this tablet lead to weight gain or not,will this tablet grow body hair also..I am 25 and female
