Will Tylenol-3 Intake Help In Reducing A Temperature Of 99.9 F?

I have a slight temperature, 99.9. I have a good case of sinus problems I thought. The only thing I have is some tylenol 3. will this help my temp. I do take a 15mg tablet of Meloxicam daily. I took it this morn at about 6:45 AM. It is now 7:25 PM.

this is low grade fever and not related to sinus. it can be viral fever which is self limiting. can be controlled by taking tablet crocin. take tablet vitamin c and probiotic. maintain hydration. take tablet crocin 6 hourly and monitour fever
